There weren’t a lot of pros.

Cons

They make you track every minute of your day in a spreadsheet. If you use the restroom, grab a snack, stretch your legs, whatever, you have to log it and put in details of why you were away from your desk. There isn’t a lot of trust or support, and I would guess turnover is pretty high for this role.

OnceHub is a company that fully trusts its employees. Being 100% remote there is just no other option. It is sad to see a trusted employee disparage the company with outright lies. OnceHub has no policy of tracking employees' time in the manner you describe and the spreadsheet you mention does not exist. Our staff has great autonomy to make decisions and take ownership for the related outcomes.

OnceHub is fully remote and profitable without VC funding. This allows for a great work/life balance for those who thrive on working from home . In addition, because OnceHub "marches to the beat of their own drum" it is clear from the outset that the founders are fully in charge of where they intend to take the company. The leadership in this company is very strong and they are clearly looking for smart people who can help them achieve their vision. Every person I have interacted with so far has been incredibly welcoming and generous while also demonstrating that they are extremely competent in their roles. Every interaction demonstrates that OnceHub's core values of humility, inclusivity and creating a meaningful journey for employees is built into their DNA. As other reviewers have pointed out, everyone in the company truly has a voice. The company creates a climate where you can learn from your mistakes as well as your successes, which is such an important aspect of career development.

Cons

A very fast paced environment which may be a con for some but to me this is just what is needed to keep me excited and engaged!
