Pros
- The company offers work from home and at the same time communicate with their employees while asking for our feedback. - There was an exponential learning curve as the company is always working on new technologies which pushed me to work harder everyday. - There are meetups organized every couple of months so that we get to interact with our colleagues. - Working as a software developer, we get to interact with cross functional teams and the teams are always working on better communication everyday. - There is no biased environment when it comes to promotion. - They appreciate our work by distributing awards every month and during quarterly meetings which always gave me a sense of validation. - There are knowledge transfers happening every 5th sprint where in you are more focused towards learning new technologies and get more knowledge on the subject.

- I had an amazing experience working in the company for two years and did not find anything that did not work out well for me.
