Pros

- Mission-driven team with a real impact on the medical community - Fast-paced environment where new ideas are encouraged - Supportive leadership that values innovation and ownership - Flexible work culture with opportunities for cross-functional learning

Cons

Like any growing startup, things can get a bit hectic. Processes are being built as we scale, so it helps if you're proactive and comfortable with some ambiguity.

Pros

Remote work, some flexibility, salary on time (mostly).

Cons

No work apparatus given, own laptop and internet. Rampant nepotism and yes men in mangement. Unethical behaviour towards employees, vendors and customers alike. Redundant systems and no scope for any linear career path. Specific toxic manager who is totally incompetent and only pretends to work, talking nonsense while being intoxicated during work hours. Outdated platform and incompetent product team. Founders have lost the plot.

Pros

Leaving = peace of mind. Some teams barely work but enjoy full perks. If you're in that circle, lucky you.

Cons

Inflated egos, zero tech sense. Want everything for free, but expect OpenAI-level systems. Website = school project. They don’t even know how important it is to attract customers. HR = glorified messenger: No power, no accountability, just plays victim a crybaby. Toxic culture: Sycophants thrive, real workers get ignored. Exit process? Chaotic and slow—basic documents took forever, even after follow-ups. Final Thought: Even a last-minute salary match couldn’t convince me to stay. Peace > Pay. To anyone reading this: Still tempted by that one 5-star review? It's not a review—it’s a digital aarti for the founders, written by someone kissing up, not working.
