      Like any growing startup, things can get a bit hectic. Processes are being built as we scale, so it helps if you're proactive and comfortable with some ambiguity.

      Pros

      Remote work, some flexibility, salary on time (mostly).

      Cons

      No work apparatus given, own laptop and internet. Rampant nepotism and yes men in mangement. Unethical behaviour towards employees, vendors and customers alike. Redundant systems and no scope for any linear career path. Specific toxic manager who is totally incompetent and only pretends to work, talking nonsense while being intoxicated during work hours. Outdated platform and incompetent product team. Founders have lost the plot.
