Pros

- Competitive pay and commission plans - Benefits - Unlimited vacation - 401k with match - Remote with option for office time if in the Bay Area (or visiting to the Bay Area) - Great teams and cross communication between teams, making it easy to ask questions, get answers and understand operations in different departments - Stellar and diverse company culture. - Promotes work / life balance - Strong use of internal tools for visibility - Really great product - strong ratings amongst competitors making it an optimal choice for consumers and an *easier* sell for our sales team. - Strong upper management team - vertical communication is encouraged. - Secured series B funding in 2022.

Cons

Having this be my first fully remote job, I can't think of 'cons' that I've encountered. The company has grown exponentially in the year plus that I've been on board. With growth comes 'growing pains,' but those have been tended to and worked out in a timely manner. There has been communication each step of the way making it more just 'growing' less 'pains'. If you don't like working in an atmosphere that gives off 'Start up' vibes, then Onfleet might not be the place for you. With the steady growth comes steady change.

Pros

Cross team communication is next level. 'Product roadmap' is not only a concept but it's visible and executed, often ahead of schedule. We delivered over 50 new features in 2025 and we aren't slowing down. Sales quotas are attainable but you have to work for it. Our marketing team is great and we have strong inbound lead volumes - hitting quota does require you to run some outbound campaigns and retouch campaigns. Competitive base salary and commission structure. Unlimited PTO, 401k, good benefits and diversity across the company. Company culture is great and we are well positioned to see continued growth You can grow within this company and be promoted.

Cons

I can't think of a 'con' to share at this time. Onfleet is well positioned for success, the entire team is incredible to work & collaborate with and I feel like it's a whole new era of winning.

Pros

Hands down, Onfleet is the best job I ever had. The culture was real and refreshing. The slack channels were lively and enriching and even as things shifted I still felt like I worked with the best humans ever.

Cons

The product didn't develop with the market. Drowning in tech debt with no meaningful progression over several years meant we were left behind as others moved on. The pricing increase killed some of our smaller customers as we tried to move upmarket (enterprise) without the product features to back it up. You cannot build revenue on a product that isn't evolving. It was disheartening to see four rounds of lay offs as we slowly whittled away the team I loved.
