Pros
-Mix of short term/long term projects keeps things interesting -Teammates & managers that look out for you and support you -Collaborative culture where input is appreciated from all levels -Flexible work schedule + remote work -Clients are typically tech focused, so projects move fast -Emphasis on employee growth, learning, opportunities to take on new roles -Annual company trips to awesome locations!
Cons
-Not enough staff to keep up with amount of projects. Mgmt is always hiring, but projects tend to outpace onboarding meaning people are always busy -Small company so some of the benefits lag what you would get at a large company -Some lack of processes/templates, but those are continually evolving
