Pros

Young startup so you don't have to deal with corporate stodginess. Also get to work with like-minded millennial employees who work hard and play hard. Nice "influencer marketing" experience on your resume.

Cons

Management team just simply doesn't care what employees think or their feedback on how to improve overall company operation or products or services. Front line account execs know MUCH MORE about how to work with influencers or deal with clients than the management team. But their feedback is never appreciated or taken into consideration... A company that doesn't listen to its in-the-field employees simply can't innovate.

Pros

The culture is the standout — supportive, inclusive, and built on real collaboration. Truly collaborative culture — people actively support each other and want to see one another succeed. Strong sense of community and belonging; it feels like a team, not just a workplace. Leadership leads with empathy and trust. Open communication across teams; ideas are welcomed regardless of title or tenure. High level of respect for work-life balance given the pace of the industry (time off/mental health days). Work is creative, meaningful, and connected to a clear vision. People take pride in the company and the work being done. You’re surrounded by genuinely smart, thoughtful people who push the work forward in ALL departments. Cross-team collaboration is encouraged and celebrated. A culture that values kindness, accountability, and growth. Employees are empowered to bring their full selves to work. Wins are recognized, shared, and celebrated together. Fast-growing environment with real opportunities to learn and evolve. You can tell people actually like each other here — it makes the work better and the days easier.

Cons

It’s a fast-growing company, so processes aren’t always fully built out yet, but that also creates opportunities to make a real impact for those who want to be part of shaping change.

Pros

I wish I could write something here.

Cons

I don't recommend Open Influence. This company has such an awful work environment. The average pay and lackluster career path definitely aren't worth enduring this company's culture and atmosphere. Most employees here are exhausted and drained because we're often overloaded and given tight deadlines. Meanwhile, the leaders here are basically useless due to their lack of support, yet they're also very demanding.
