5yI am sorry to hear about your discontentment. Open Road cares about their employees wellbeing and pay. I am not sure why you may have this perception. However, we are glad to discuss your concerns further.
You have been with us 3 plus years, it sounds like something may have triggered this recently.
This has been a very difficult year, we tried very hard to take care of our employees . First and foremost, the company is doing business and employees are currently working. We paid our employees benefits during their COVID furlough and we paid an average weekly wage upon return for 2 plus months until business came up to speed.
The owner does not make all of the decisions alone. Business decisions are made as a team. That team includes the President, Vice Presidents, Group Control and myself.
