Pros

Provided equipment. Staff house. Internet allowance. Good increase if you’re in management and a favorite.

Cons

Targets naive fresh grads perfect for lowballing. Micromanaging leads. Career growth depends on which lead you’re working under. Moving up the ladder means your senior got fed up of higher management toxicity and wants out and so you inherit their burden.

Pros

+1 star on travel opportunities on customer facing roles, working hours flexibility, and high entry-level salary (relative to provincial setup) +1 star on culture (no swearing), plus side on early Christian-based foundations (which is now changing too) +1 star on people, team spirit and culture

Cons

1 missing star on training, growth, and compensation on senior roles, and job security - limited room to grow and ceiling on roles to expand on 1 missing star sales strategy, innovation, and product quality - too focused on marketing and sales (if there's more focus on product quality and innovation; and customer service people feels more supported, the product will sell itself)
