Pros
I enjoy working with so many smart and highly skilled employees. Good opportunity for growth. Very caring people, almost like a family. PS: We know that the new employment tests are ability tests in addition to the more job-specific tests. The idea is to focus as much on the long-term ability to learn as the current skill set which is also covered in the job interviews. I like this since I feel confident that when I train new people, the ones I am training have high learning ability.
Cons
Some internal tension between Development, Sales, Support and ITS, but I think this is typical, and happen in every company I have worked for.
