Pros
OpenCraft is an outstanding company to work at. The processes are transparent, the colleagues are highly skilled and the management cares about the company and those who work for it. The onboarding process is great, though to successfully finish the trial period, you must commit yourself to work here and it requires to stretch and do an A+ quality code. Those who join have great opportunities to learn new things or get a deeper knowledge about a specific area. The tasks are various and not about crunching, also, you can choose most of the time what you would like to work on (within boundaries of course), so it allows to extend your knowledge in areas you interested in. Everyone is responsible for those task they commit to, and the work is high quality which is motivating on daily basis. Since the company is working in an asynchronous manner, everyone can have its own schedule, which is a huge plus. I wake up everyday with a smile that I’m ready to work.
Cons
Although there are numerous kind of tasks, these tasks are challenging and this may not fit for everyone. The onboarding has a high learning curve, though everything is documented.
