Pros

1) Chilled out crowd 2) Office at downtown

Cons

1) Standard consulting /body-shopping firm , still calls startup after 15 years , not sure what they are building or want to build 2) Management thinks reading some article makes them subject matter expert (it takes 10000 hours to make some one expert in something) , please invest time in learning/reading subject !! 3) Want to be called start up but micromanage who comes at what time (seriously WTF)

Pros

Office space is pretty decent with a lot of other startups so you can build some professional network. Chance to explore new technologies.

Cons

Everything is micromanaged: Management pesters about the time you are coming and time you are leaving office. Toxic weekend culture: Employees' time after work hours and weekend is taken for granted. Not a startup: They call themselves a startup after 17 years. It is a consulting firm. Please make sure that if you are joining the company, try to work on a client project. The in house projects might make your life miserable. Money: They don't pay well as per the amount of work one puts in. In House Project: If one is working on an in house project, you will be highly disappointed. The micromanagement might make your life miserable. They don't have any product managers and vision. Everything is done haphazardly by management without thinking about the use cases and long term targets. The whole product development comes as a consulting effort, product doesn't look like that it is built by a product team. LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter: The management will pester you to like share the company's posts from your personal accounts. CEO will pester you till you not share the articles.
