Great company to work for, committed to diversity & tolerance, flat management structure, interesting project. The whole company, but the engineering team in particular, has a great rapport with each other based on wit & intelligence, very relaxed & laid back.
Cons
No performance reviews for some reason, which makes it hard to know how you're really doing.
