Besides work and technology learning, what I like most about this company is the way they use to keep the environment. Everyone has the right to learn while working. Not like other companies where the senior tells you to go and learn at home and work at office time. The seniors and even the CEO encourages us to take online courses related to our field and learn from various sources even at office hours if you have free time or stuck somewhere. The company itself pays for some courses if it requires little amount of money. Their way of encouraging each member to grow along is awesome. Even though I have joined as an experienced developer, I still have learned a lot. This is one of the best things that makes me stay here.

As the rooms are too large, it would be better if there are two ACs installed in each one of them. Sometimes during high temperature, the rooms become too hot.

I joined here as a fresher and still working in this department. No doubt, it provides a complete growing atmosphere for the newcomers with a flexible work-life balance. The offs at the weekends are much fascinating, that gives the employees relief from the whole week stress. Also, amazing seniors, who will guide in achieving your future aims and ambitions.

No doubt, each and every work of the company is done smoothly in their respective working hours. But in my opinion, the management should ensure a proper time table for the freshers, there must be some privileges reserved for senior employers only, which includes working from home and reaching office on a fixed time. It will help in balancing the senior-junior relationship in the office.
