      Good for freshers and not for experienced

      1. Learning curve for freshers 2. A few good team leads 3. No deduction of salary in pandemic

      Cons

      4. Policies are changed frequently without prior notice 5. Lacks appraisal policy and no proper increment 6. Judges by the numbers of hours you work and not by your efficiency 7. Have to juggle multiple projects daily 8. Makes it difficult to leave this company and might put your salary on hold for another 30 days even after serving notice period

      1 . Fixed salary date only.

      Cons

      I will never recommend this company. As a fresher I have joined here. Salary structure is very poor. Management is not helpful. When it comes to increment they will tell you that "You have been failed to become a necessity of this company, we are already giving you more than you deserve." Even if you are able to convince them about the hike that will be only 1 k to 1.5 k. Please don't waste your time here.

      5 days working is the best part of working with this organization. Good leave and holiday policies. Flexible working hours. Facility to work from home

      Cons

      Overall work environment and culture is good. But, the company has a lot to overcome yet. Otherwise, most of the things are good.

      Thank you for your feedback. If we have set up any rules, there is genuine reason behind it. But, we will look into the matter and see if the probation rules can be relaxed a little bit.
