Cons
1) Too much partiality 2) Interference in personal lives 3) Managers are insecure of their position in the company. Do not let employees mingle up and whenever they see 2 people talking, they'll somehow feel they are the ones who are being talked about. I mean, please get a life! 4) People have no manners of talking to their sub-ordinates. Starting from the highest postion to managers, people insult each other in meetings in front of everyone. 5) The company has a concept of bonus. People give lame reasons to not give it to employees. I feel, bonus for them is a component , which the managers give based on their personal relations with the employees. There is no professionalism. 6) No work life balance. People will force you to stretch work over the weekends or late nights.
