      - Great Product - Good culture - Good benefits

      Cons

      - Most customers are in US, so late nights are common. - Executive team is not strong after a couple of key people left in 2021 - Stagnated post COVID

      Technology is cool, but....

      The technology is excellent and innovative.

      Cons

      There no communication, training or empowerment to get your job done. The environment is hostile and toxic fueled by nepotism and favoritism. It starts at the top of the company, it trickles down to the employees.

      Pros

      Small company, cheap management, resources unavailability, playing politics game, bonus ratio is more than 25% of your salary, etc. There is no pros other than cons.

      Cons

      Bias management, playing politics while giving bonus and appraisal, VPN issues and even CEO know the cause but not interested to invest money for their employees. Everyday day morning management ask, why you didn't burn 7 hours? You need to work till late night around 10-11 pm to show 7 hours burn.
