There is great sense of Teamwork with the Technical teams on the Production Floor. People will share their knowledge and help others without hesitation.
Cons
Most Of The local management have little to no idea of what exactly is built and shipped to customers.The majority of Team leads who think their Managers have zero experience in people management .They have an update meeting in the morning and then sit at their desks for the remainder of the day.If their is a quality issue the immediately look for a head to blame even though it's also their responsibility to ensure a quality project is built. The so called leaders would never support their immediate reports and are more focussed on how they are perceived by the bosses in Canada..HR don't want to know or hear from you once they have convinced you to join the company.
