I had a very positive experience working here as a Marketing Manager. The work culture is supportive, inclusive, and genuinely people first. The Quebec team is splendid. It is diverse, collaborative, and extremely helpful. The Goa team always supports and works closely with you. Colleagues across teams are ready to step in, share context, and help when needed. What I appreciated most was the work life balance. Expectations are clear. Planning is realistic. Personal time is respected. Leadership is approachable and open to ideas, which makes it easy to contribute and grow. Overall, this is a place where people care about good work and about each other. I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy, professional, and balanced work environment.
