Pros

No pros. Terrible pay. The people are clicky. Don’t be surprised if you get let go for no reason. This place will derail your career. You’re better off at a bigger company.

Cons

I wish i never worked here. Bad people and management. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time.

Pros

There's a genuinely collaborative culture across the organization, both laterally and vertically, that creates a fast-paced environment that's exciting and incredibly conducive to learning. I've learned as much in my first year here as I did in the seven years at my previous company, not just within my immediate role but across the broader digital marketing landscape. People are smart, approachable, and always willing to help, whether that's jumping into a problem-solving session or just taking the time to chat. There's also a high level of trust and ownership that allows you to develop into a well-rounded expert rather than staying siloed in a narrow function. The cross-functional exposure and opportunities to learn from talented people across the organization have been one of the most rewarding parts of working here.

Cons

The pace can be intense at times, and during particularly busy periods it can feel overwhelming. That said, it's largely reflective of the industry itself rather than something unique to the company. Success here requires strong communication, realistic expectation-setting, and a willingness to lean on your teammates rather than feeling like you need to own everything yourself. Fortunately, the team does a great job of supporting one another and playing to each other's strengths during heavier seasons.

Autonomy over my output, great new hire milestone program that guarantees development conversations with my manager, monthly events that engage all employees, quarterly volunteering opportunities, hybrid office schedule, lunch stipend, snack program, Flexible PTO.

Cons

More structured career growth paths would be beneficial for long-term development.
