      Autonomy over my output, great new hire milestone program that guarantees development conversations with my manager, monthly events that engage all employees, quarterly volunteering opportunities, hybrid office schedule, lunch stipend, snack program, Flexible PTO.

      Pros

      Lots of autonomy in how you manage your work and clients. Strong growth opportunities if you’re willing to put in the effort. Really great people, supportive and easy to work with. Fast-paced environment where you’re constantly learning.

      Cons

      Leadership can lean on instinct over data at times. Fast growth creates some ambiguity. Expectations aren’t always clearly defined.

      No pros. Terrible pay. The people are clicky. Don’t be surprised if you get let go for no reason. This place will derail your career. You’re better off at a bigger company.

      Cons

      I wish i never worked here. Bad people and management. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time.
