The people here are extremely nice and down to earth

The culture here is lot different than other companies

The pay was fantastic. I was given the independence to do my job. They had a very generous paid time off policy.

The office culture was very difficult. I felt at a disadvantage at not being of Indian descent. There was a lot of Farsi spoken that was very off-putting for those of us who did not know the language. I was not given enough work to do so had a lot of spare time on my hands.
