Even the most top performing reps here made nowhere near a living wage in San Diego. During the pandemic we had to BEG them to let us work from home.
Before they finally let us, and we were still in the office, their solution to preventing covid? They made one of our coworkers scrub the bathrooms in our building to save money instead of hiring a cleaning team. Which was NOT that person's job. But the head of the company himself told them to clean it...he was nice to me but seeing that made me disgusted and see him differently.
And, the head of HR was reported for making women uncomfortable and nothing happened. Multiple times. Many women quit over the years because of him. I would never want my wife, sister or anyone I love to work here especially woman and that is partly why I quit in solidarity of that.
I was going to let it go, until I just read other fake positive reviews today, nobody writes the way those reviews are written. If anyone from the company replies to this I won't answer, so don't. No I will not email you, no you cannot make this right. It was horrible the whole time I was there and you can't go back in time. The foundation is rotten because it is built with people who treat others poorly. Please beware.
