Pros

Some people are great to work with, and you get free cable and internet. Work experience is great for learning new things in life, if you can master this crazy work environment, then you can master most anything.

Cons

No ability to advance, and due to buy out, no raises for over a year. Teams do not communicate process changes within the company and will not establish a basis in which all parties are involved. Expected to work 50-60 hours a week (weekend work) without extra pay. Take on 200-600 projects at a time which is unmanageable. Company is trying too hard to be something they are not and pushing the employees to far and thin without backup.

Pros

Working from home is a nice perk

Cons

Everything if i could give a 0 i would, the company cuts commission in half due to their billions of dollars debt and they make it the employees problem, treat the employees like trash, you get yelled at by your supervisor like they own you, you get treated like a slave, when you do good you're the best thing that's ever happened to them but when you're struggling which btw is their own fault, you are the worst thing that has ever happened, the company purposefully sends calls to departments they don't belong so they mess with your numbers, employees from departments overseas make the customer's life so impossible that good employees get treated like garbage by customers too, you can't win like EVERRR, you get hawked even by the higher ups like CEO level people on your calls when you're just a regular employee, they keep letting people go left and right, if you do bad you're gone but if you also do too good you're also gone, nobody is safe and you're told that constantly on a daily basis.
