Pros

Being part of the largest information security company in North America is a pretty cool opportunity. We get to do amazing things for our clients and represent the largest technology partners in the world. The leadership team is a combination of the best from Accuvant and FishNet and they're doing an amazing job of putting these 2 companies together. It's given people new growth opportunities, promotions, and is starting to address the problems that both companies were unable to address separately (systems consolidations, process flow problems, etc). It really is a great company that provides a fantastic quality of life.

Cons

Integration of the 2 companies has it's challenges as you'd imagine. Putting 2 $750M companies together is no small feat. Moving so fast sometimes things get missed and creates opportunities to come back and touch things a second time. Creating a single company means rolling out new processes, systems, and employee benefits. There's just no way around it. However, some people are hung up on the "way it used to be at Accuvant/FishNet" and get upset when it didn't go the way they think it should have. I don't worry about it much as those things are all expected, but some of the reviews here come from a very small point of view.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Supportive Management Depending on who you get Good work life balance as long as you don't take the job with you after hours Work from Home Hands on Training - could still use improvement Annual pay increase

Cons

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
