Pros
Being the "new guy" you never quite know what to expect but what has stood out to me is that everyone really loves working here. With the merger it's a great feeling to know you work for the largest information security company in the U.S. and it's still growing rapidly which translates to new growth opportunity for employees and advancement within the company. Leadership is great and gives a clear direction for the future of Optiv.
Cons
I came on several months after the merger and all the challenges it created so speaking from just being an Optiv employee and not a previous Fishnet or Accuvant I don't see any cons to date. .
