Pros
Absolutely at the forefront in the security business, excellent levels of expertise and knowledge. No end of good prospects for this business. Nothing but tremendous growth on the horizon. This company is looking at the future and focusing not on what's happening now but on what's coming and where they need to be in order to succeed well beyond today.
Cons
Still suffering a lot of pain from the transitioning of two separate companies with their own philosophies and processes into a single integrated well focused organization. Eventually it will be a smooth running machine but right now it's still somewhat bumpy. I think we are top heavy which concerns me from a business intelligence level but so far no major issues with the new build. Work life balance right now is poor, but should improve as the merged company works thru all the transitional challenges.
