Empowering mission at the forefront of patient care. Company car. $75 per diem a day during travel, reinbursement not pay. Lots of travel opportunities. Rapidly evolving work environment and technology. Hybrid work, occasional work from home. Great technology. Passionate team. Decent benefits.
Cons
Much time away from home. Overnight stays common. 10 PMs expected monthly while juggling case flow to meet metrics for bonuses. If you have a high flow of reactive cases, you miss 25% of your quarterly bonus due to case flow. Metrics system caters to small, dense territories with low travel times. 50h expected average work week, during peak season extends to 60-70h. Good for single people. Longest door to door travel experienced is 14h one way.
