      Pros

      Able to gain valuable clinical trial experience right out of college, was able to work with some very awesome people and made some life-long friends, some of the upper management is outstanding while others leave a lot to be desired,

      Cons

      Office politics and small family business drama was intolerable, little room for growth, company has MANY enemies, upper management often unprofessional, high burn out rate, hard work that is above and beyond what is required often goes unnoticed.

      Good benefits but not much else

      Cons

      Since being taken over by private equity, it's been a sinking ship. Constant layoffs, no financial stability, new C-Suite and HR leadership that is completely out of touch. Once a great company where people enjoyed working at that now feels unfamiliar and just cold.
