      Pros

      Work culture is excellent. Freedom given to a person in there work is exemplary. You are never denied a leave even if there is an impending delivery. Work life balance is very good. Freedom to work from home whenever you feel like (you don't need to be sick to ask for work from home, its okay if you just feel like it)

      Cons

      No promotions. No bonus. No appraisals. Worst of all, all the quality development work is done by people at Canada team, and maintenance or support is given to Indian offices.

      Started Layoff culture and stack ranking, starting with OCI this year. No responsibility is taken at the executive level, low % raises compared to other big tech
