Very micromanaging, employee tracking, extreme turn over due to chaotic leadership. Constant change in benefits, with large reductions and no explanations.

Great people with energy towards helping our community improve. Lives the credit union mission of "People helping people". Winner of the 2024 OC Best Award. Terrific team that is going places!

Financial services gets a bad rap as being boring - this place is not boring! Check us out!
