Pros

-Constantly improving product with great development team and a greenfield-market the product is being served to. -Successful, rapid growth, Sales process that's been proven out and is currently scaling -"Don't be a jerk" PTO policy, take as needed but be dedicated to your department -Personal development investment. . .Leadership is fully invested in your professional and personal growth- Weekly book clubs, 1:1 meetings with leadership to discuss room for improvement as well as an actionable plan to do so - Company culture : Young, determined, focused. . .and funny as hell.

Cons

- Beautiful office space. . .however has started to become a little cramped for space as company has rapidly grown due to success. . .knowing management. . .I'd imagine this will be resolved in the next few months. -Building isn't quite start-up minded. . .most of the other office spaces are occupied by older people who work for Comcast, McDonald's, and Oracle. . .however I think the positive to this is that it weeds out a lot of the B.S. distractions that occur for companies in the tech village and ATDC

Pros

Pardon the length of this review but these are things you need to know: INBOUND LEADS - need I say more? You never have to prospect. The leads are sent to your inbox within seconds of a download.. yes, I'm being serious 0 micro-management. This can't be overlooked.. you're trusted to come in daily and do your job. There's not going to be a manager or supervisor breathing down your neck all day. Coaching/Feedback... every sales rep here is a leader and won't hesitate to provide tips on how to get better. I was a top producer in my last role and left to join the team at Orderly... I was humbled, in a good way. The feedback everyone provided allowed me to improve as a sales professional. I came to Orderly to learn and grow. Those promises have been delivered on. There's a reason we close more than half the customer we demo... the app works. It helps restaurants save time and money. Every. Single. Day. Dress code is casual

Cons

Long hours... but let's be serious.. if you're in sales and working for a startup you should expect that. Lack of industry knowledge hurt me at the start, but that comes with time. SMB customers are a unique group to have as your target market. Don't interview if you're not up for the challenge. It requires patience and the ability to connect with blue-collar people.
