The company is remote and full flexi - meaning you have the autonomy to work when is best for you and are trusted to do so. Orderly's core mission is to make a positive impact on the world, so working here feels like making a difference - validated by their B Corp certification too. Feedback is welcomed from anyone at any time. The company is not interested in red tape, but wants to constantly improve and encourages the team to suggest ways to achieve this. Voices can be heard. It's a scale up environment so there's room for improvements as the company matures into scalable processes.
