Terrible Management and Pay - Legal Processor Orlans Employee Review

Terribly stressful place to work at for even worse pay. Upper management and executives are clueless as to what the processors actually do on a daily basis. Several years of little to no pay raises and no opportunity for growth. Instead of promoting employees when others leave, positions are just consolidated into one. No amount of hard work is good enough, every company meeting is about how to work harder and do better without any more pay.
