      Staff are amazing to work with, flexible to my busy schedule and the manger is very understanding of family work life balance. Great benefits.

      Health insurance needs to be a little better (lower deductible and lower to no co-pays) and better PTO accrual rate

      Pros

      Amazing Physicians who care about their employees. My coworkers are like family. Been at O1 for a long time and I would not change it for anything.

      Need to be fairness amoung the different departments.
