The Otterbase rate was good Benefits were OK on paper, I never actually participated in the plan Little to no communication with Otterbase during the length of the contract
Cons
Huge disconnect between what Otterbase committed to at the start of the contract and what the employer said was their standard contract-to-hire conversion process I encourage anyone on a contract to hire to be get VERY specific details regarding length of contract, rates, and the contract to hire conversion process from the employer. Do not rely on the Otterbase management to communicate this accurately (honestly?).
