This company really cares about their employees and displays evidence of this on a regular basis. From direct people managers all the way up to CEO, there is tons of open communication, collaboration and transparency into the business as well as your own career path.
Things move quickly like many other tech companies and things can get hectic during transitions, but at typically ironed our quickly but strategically.
OutMatch also does a phenomenal job when it comes to selecting employees as everyone I work with is smart, hard-working and always willing to help. I can truly say almost everyone here is a huge asset to their team in one way or another.

Medical benefits could be better, but they are not bad.
