Very supportive environment. The company really values their employee's and have created a culture that is supportive, collaborative and challenging. In the short period of time that they've been open, they have expanded into 5 locations and are planning on opening 2 more locations this summer! There's a ton of room for growth and I've learned more in the few months that I've been here than in my 4 years of college!

It's challenging but if that's what you're looking for then it's not much of a con.

The company has a great advancement opportunity and fast track to management. They provide excellent training for anyone interested in business, sales/marketing, or management. I have learned and done more in 6 months than I would have done at any other company. It is a fun work environment with a great group of young, talented and motivated people.

The office space is smaller than I expected and the strict security.
