      In a bit of a transition phase from smaller business to larger scale business so lots of changes which is sometimes hard.

      The company tries hard to build a culture. There are a lot of creative projects to get your hands in.

      It can be tough to feel like a part of the community. It also feels like there are a lot of battling egos that can stand in the way of collaboration.
