None that I can see

R&D team were helpful in supporting newcomers to learn details of technology and testing procedures. Management generally trusted lab workers to independently solve problems when delegating tasks. Clear and straightforward H&S training for the lab workplace. Diverse sets of scientific test procedures helped stave off monotony. Friendly and comfortable working environment.

At lower work levels, minimal interaction with upper management directing strategy - not always immediately clear how one's work fits in to wider objectives.
