      You work aline. Figure your job out alone and they expect alot. Also be aware of the book club. That is 2 hrs of waste per week.

      the pros is that its a hospital and everyone gets sick. so job security

      well I was promised a 6 month pay increase during my interview an never received it. even after bringing it to to my boss.
