Pros

It's a good place to begin your career as you gain a lot of experience very quickly. You are given a good amount of responsibility right off the bat.

Cons

Difficult to advance, you end up getting stuck doing the same thing over and over again. There is no creativity, the office is boring and dull, and there are a lot of dinosaur ideas that are reinvented here.

Pros

Interesting work and good clients. The company is working hard to expand its client base which brings in new and interesting opportunities. The people who work here are great, and this is exemplified by the company's COO who has the most integrity of any leader I have worked for. Management doesn't play games and is transparent at all times. There is a sense that the partners truly care about their employees which is (sadly) pretty rare these days.

Cons

It's a small firm, so opportunities for advancement can be limited. However, the opportunities are there if you work for them.

Pros

PCGCampbell has a great culture of flexible work schedules and awesome benefits. I've been happy with my career progression but I know of others who've been stagnating in positions (and who actually do deserve promotion). So I'm positive personally, but neutral to negative company-wide on promotion.

Cons

This company is definitely in a cultural shift and are stuck behind the times in terms of technology and worldview. Compensation (aside from awesome bene's) is on an average lower than other similar companies. They also don't have much status with their clients but are more of a servant than equal (or expert) partner.
