We constantly evaluate and enhance our portfolio of products and services, as well as our business practices. Each co-worker and all members of our management team adhere to a strict code of conduct that outlines how we interact with each other as well as our clients. This code of conduct is a part of our onboarding process and is signed by all co-workers.
Our environment lends itself to those with an entrepreneurial spirit who are able to work independently to consistently achieve their goals. When a co-worker is not reaching their length of service goals, we use a step-by-step plan designed to provide them with the resources needed to support their efforts to become a successful member of our sales team. This plan often includes regular feedback, direction and communication, and may include call shadowing to ensure the best possible outcomes for our client as well as the individual co-worker.
