      Nice staff. Great benefits. CEO is extremely knowledgeable and engaged in a lot of different healthcare spaces.

      Job functions are not clearly delineated. Staff morale is a little low. Very bureaucratic.

      Kind colleagues, hybrid work (3 days in office), good benefits, and important mission.

      Cons

      Top heavy -- too many unnecessary talking heads with large salaries rearranging the deck chairs, while more people are needed to do the actual work. Not much autonomy and very bureaucratic.
