      Pros

      This organization needs to realize that things are changing. Can not and should not hold on to past leadership. Also it is unfair that former PCORI leadership staff is serving as merit reviewers. Clean house and be done with it.

      Cons

      Disrespectful to employees without doctoral degrees. If you have a masters STAY CLEAR.

      Pros

      Kind colleagues, hybrid work (3 days in office), good benefits, and important mission.

      Cons

      Top heavy -- too many unnecessary talking heads with large salaries rearranging the deck chairs, while more people are needed to do the actual work. Not much autonomy and very bureaucratic.
