      Mission driven organization. Many staff believe in the mission and vision

      Organization doesn’t always consider the impact of the changes on staff and work life balance. Staff are encouraged to take PTO but given workload it can be near impossible to do so

      Pros

      Kind colleagues, hybrid work (3 days in office), good benefits, and important mission.

      Cons

      Top heavy -- too many unnecessary talking heads with large salaries rearranging the deck chairs, while more people are needed to do the actual work. Not much autonomy and very bureaucratic.
