      HR rep was very friendly but after asking some clarifying questions about the role it still wasn't clear.

      Cons

      I would have appreciated a response to my follow-up email asking for an update on my consideration even if it had been a rejection.

      Pros

      Kind colleagues, hybrid work (3 days in office), good benefits, and important mission.

      Cons

      Top heavy -- too many unnecessary talking heads with large salaries rearranging the deck chairs, while more people are needed to do the actual work. Not much autonomy and very bureaucratic.
