Still Good but it lost the "Great" - Analyst PDI Software Employee Review

Company has crossed into being a profit machine at the expense of it's employees. Salaries are lower and moral is low. The lack of solid leadership is starting to make good employees leave. It feels like the same people who have caused the moral issues keep getting more promotions and the little people work harder for next to no reward.
