The company treats its employees with fairness and respect. Employees take the time to get to know one another and build relationships. The overall culture of PDI is quite fantastic. Everyone works as a team and truly embodies the values and mission of the company - something not all companies can claim.

We have a lot of offices in multiple time zones. If you’re not comfortable working with teams across the country, or multiple countries, then this may not be the best fit for you.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PDI Software (Temple, TX) in May 2016.

The interview process was over the phone, due to my inability to travel to Temple for an in-person interview. The interview was a group phone conversation with the VP of the department, the manager of the department, and another distinguished team member. Each person in the group had their own set of questions, pertaining to their individual skill sets.
