Pros
I got a lot of skills. I was trained exhaustively as in field operations as well as office tasks. Advisors, courses and much more is provided. As an operative company you manage a lot of projects from all the business chain.
Cons
There are no motivatin promotions. Your work depends on the professionalism of your manager hugely. Sometimes they are not professionals at all. The salaries are pretty much the same for everybody which made the people with experience leave.
